Short Bio

Dr. Jane Teel is an Associate Clinical Professor of Adult Education in the Department of Educational Foundations, Leadership, and Technology at Auburn University. She is also the Director of the Training and Workforce Development undergraduate minor. Dr. Teel has more than 25 years of experience teaching in a university setting.

 

Her teaching and research focus on curriculum design, teaching methodology, leadership, career development, training and development, nonverbal communication, and professional communication. In addition, Dr. Teel applies her educational background to facilitating training in corporate settings.

With a passion for serving Auburn students, Dr. Teel currently advises Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society and has previously advised Mortar Board, Lambda Sigma, and Lambda Pi Eta Honor Societies. She has also served as a faculty representative and chapter officer to the Auburn University chapter of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
